With nearly 100 years in the car rental business, Hertz® has always placed importance on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in their services. In looking for a creative incentive to boost the return rate of their customer satisfaction surveys, they recognized that offering an instant digital reward would help to motivate a quick response to their online surveys.
Upon returning their rental cars, customers were handed a "Digital Choice Card" offering a choice of complimentary Photo Prints, Music Downloads, Pre-Paid Phone Time, and Tree donations. After being directed to a branded landing page, Hertz customers simply completed the online survey, entered their unique Reward Code and downloaded their choice of reward. As a result, Hertz was able to offer their customers a free reward which increased traffic to their website to obtain valuable information they could use to improve their services.
